Pay Your Bills via BPAY^®

Pay bills the fast, efficient, safe and reliable way. It only takes minutes to learn how to use BPAY and you can pay just about all your bills in one go.

There’s no need to line up in a queue or to leave your home or office. To make things easy, Internet Banking remembers each Biller you pay so it’s easy to make recurring payments. You can even set up regular payments daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly for up to 24 months in advance. You’ll receive a payment receipt for your records.

Phone bills, utilities, credit cards and much more. With over 15,000 bills accepting BPAY, you can pay most, if not all, of your bills in one go. Look for the distinctive BPAY logo in the payment section of your bill or visit the BPAY web site for a complete list of BPAY billers. Each Biller sets individual minimum and maximum transaction limits; these may be higher or lower than the limits we impose. We set a maximum daily limit of $100,000 per day however certain billers have a reduced limit of $15,000.

• Check your bill for the BPAY logo, note the Biller Code, the customer reference number and the amount you need to pay
• Logon to Internet Banking and select ‘Transfers & Payments’
• Select ‘Pay a Bill via BPAY’ and follow the simple on screen instructions
