Internet Banking - FAQs


 Can I increase my font size?

Yes, visit the ‘Set My Preferences’ page located in the ‘My Information’ menu to choose between small, medium or large font sizes.

Please note, when choosing to view Internet Banking using the ‘large’ font preference you may notice some of the text and fields wrap. Wrapping text enables you to see all the text on the screen, but it doesn't affect the way text appears when it is printed. Certain screens may also present a horizontal scroll bar in order to show the entire screen.

 Can I enlarge my icons?

Unfortunately you cannot enlarge your icon size.

 Can I change my icons?

You may choose from a range of different icons. Or you can remove the icons altogether.

Simply click on 'Account Information' and select 'Change My Account Icons'.

 Can I change the way my accounts are displayed?

Yes, you can rename your accounts to something particularly meaningful to you and also change the order in which they are displayed. For example, you may want your savings account to be called “Travel Fund” or you may want your home loan to be at the top of your account listing.

 Can I change the amount of transactions that are displayed per page?

Yes, you may choose to display a range of 25 up to 500 transactions. Make your selection within the “Maintenance” menu when logged on to Internet Banking.

 Can I hide my account balances?

Yes, you can hide your account balance from displaying by visiting the Set "My Preferences" page located in the "My Information" menu and selecting ‘No’ in the dropdown box next to the Display Account Balance option.

Please note, this will stop the account balance from displaying on the "My Accounts" page only.

 I’m trying to change/customise my account name but keep getting an error message: ‘Special characters cannot be used. Please correct your entry for Account Alias’. What do I do?

The following characters cannot be used:

$ - ) ( : _ + % * ? [ ] \ > ; = < } ^ { | @ # !.

Please correct your entry by removing any of the above characters in order to change your account alias.
