Getting started

	Before you begin the Easy Switch™ process, do you have a BankSA transaction or savings account or a BankSA credit card?  Yes       No Great! You already have an account with us. Apply now for a BankSA credit card Or See our range of everyday transaction accounts or savings/investment accounts To open a transaction or savings investment account, call into your local BankSA branch (link to branch locator) or you can get an application form posted to you. If you have any questions or require further information, you can contact us online, or call us on 13 13 76 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
	You will need to collect your previous account statements and bills and work through them to identify regular direct debits and credit payments to and from your account.

What to expect

You will be asked to create a User ID and PIN number which will allow you to access your Easy Switch details at any time. We estimate that the total time required to complete this process will be 10-15 minutes.
