Before you begin the Easy Switch™ process, do you have a BankSA transaction or savings account or a BankSA credit card?

You will need to collect your previous account statements and bills and work through them to identify regular direct debits and credit payments to and from your account. ![]()

What to expect
You will be asked to create a User ID and PIN number which will allow you to access your Easy Switch details at any time. We estimate that the total time required to complete this process will be 10-15 minutes.
