- Each time you use BankSA Mobile Banking, these Terms and Conditions and BankSA Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions apply.
- Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions , these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- BankSA Mobile Banking is a special and an additional feature of BankSA Internet and Phone Banking. It is not a stand-alone product. Mobile Banking is available only to registered users of Internet and Phone Banking. No other specific registration is required.
- Not all mobile devices may be capable of accessing and using BankSA Mobile Banking. You are responsible for using, having or obtaining a compatible mobile device in connection with any use of the service. BankSA is not responsible for:
- any ability of a mobile device to access the service or
- any loss or damage to a mobile device resulting from your access or use or attempted use of BankSA Mobile Banking.
- If you travel outside of Australia you may still have access to BankSA Mobile Banking service. You should check with your telephone communications provider that the mobile device will be able to use relevant network in those countries in which you are travelling. BankSA is not liable for any additional costs you incur.
- Any conditions of use and charges relating to a mobile device are your responsibility.
- You will use your Internet and Phone Banking Customer Access Number, Security Number and Internet Banking Password to log on your Mobile Banking.
- Not all Internet and Phone Banking services and features are available for Mobile Banking. The following are limitations of Mobile Banking:
- Any At Risk Transactions that needs to be authenticated by Secure Code Service cannot be performed using Mobile Banking (except for Telegraphic Transfers). Please refer to BankSA Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions for further information on At Risk Transactions.
- The transaction limits set out in the BankSA Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions may not apply. You may only perform such transaction where the transaction amount will not be regarded as an At-Risk Transaction(unless it is a Telegraphic Transfer) that requires authentication by Secure Code Service.
- Only limited transaction history can be viewed using Mobile Banking.
- You can use your Mobile Banking facility to access all other banking services not excluded by Clause 12 above as set out in the BankSA Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions for accounts linked to your Internet and Phone Banking which include:
- transferring funds between EFT accounts
- obtaining EFT account information, such as account balances.
- making BPAY payments and payments to accounts that are not linked to your Internet and Phone Banking facility (such as accounts held at other financial institutions).
