Landlord Protection is a stand-alone policy to cover your building and landlord fittings against malicious acts and theft by tenants plus loss of rent. This policy suits unfurnished units that are part of a strata, community or group title scheme, and does not cover any other contents.

How long does it take to settle a claim?
When we have all necessary information and have completed all investigation that was required to assess your claim, we will decide to accept or reject your claim and notify you of our decision within 10 business days.
