3D Touch and Widgets for iPhone

3D Touch allows you to jump straight to specific actions from your home screen. By pressing down on the Mobile Banking app icon, you will be able to view your first Quick Zone account and access a list of shortcuts to our favourite features – Quick Zone, Branch ATM Locator, Cardless Cash, Contact us and Share.

Press down on the Mobile Banking app icon and wait for a list of navigation options to appear including Quick Zone, Branch ATM Locator, Cardless Cash, Contact us. You also continue to have the option to share the Mobile Banking app with others.

3D touch is only available on iPhones 6s, 7 and above.

Follow these steps to disable 3D Touch on your device.

1. Go to your iOS Settings.
2. Tap General
3. Tap Accessibility
4. Tap 3D Touch
5. Toggle the switch to the Off position.

If you have a compatible device the 3D Touch feature is enabled by default. If you have previously disabled 3D Touch, you will need to re-enable it to use 3D Touch/Quick Actions.

Follow these steps to re-enable.

2. Tap General
3. Tap Accessibility
4. Tap 3D Touch
5. Toggle the switch to the On position.

Follow these steps to disable 3D Touch on your device.

1. Go to your iOS Settings.
2. Tap General
3. Tap Accessibility
4. Tap 3D Touch
5. Adjust the amount of pressure needed to activate 3D Touch. The slider goes from Light to Medium to Firm. Light means you will need less pressure to activate 3D Touch and Firm means you'll need more pressure to activate it. The default is medium.

Yes. If you've enabled the iOS accessibility feature VoiceOver, you can hear a description of everything happening on screen. You'll know when your finger is on the Mobile Banking app and when you have the option to select a Quick Action.

The BankSA widget lets you view your account balance from the Today Tray within the Notification Centre without having to log in to Mobile Banking.

Follow these steps to add the widget:

1. Navigate to your iPhone’s Today Tray view within the Notification Centre to see your list of added widgets by swiping right from the lock screen or down from an unlocked phone.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the 'Edit' button.
3. Under the 'More Widgets' heading, tap the "+" button to add the widget.
