As part of a product update, we’re phasing out BankSA Gold Advantage Visa cards and changing them to BankSA Platinum Advantage Visa cards.
Nothing. You can keep using your current card as you normally would. You’ll see the name of your card change in Internet Banking and on your statement from the date shown in communications we recently sent you. In the future, when we next send you a replacement card, it will be a BankSA Platinum Advantage Visa card.

You should receive a notification informing you of the change via email, mail or SMS. These changes will take effect from the date shown in these communications.
No, your card number will not change as a result of this change. You can continue to use your existing card as usual.
If you report your card is lost or stolen, or your card is re-issued (for example, when your current card expires), you will receive a Platinum Advantage Visa card and must update your card details and any recurring payments, as usual.
While your statement date won't change, the name of the product on your statement will change to BankSA Platinum Advantage Visa.
