4 levels of cover:

Comprehensive Plan – coverage for travel in your selected region during a single international trip, over a designated period (available to individuals or families)

Domestic Plan – Single trip policy offering benefits designed to cover Australians travelling domestically 

Essentials Plan – covering overseas medical care and personal liability, this cover is designed with the budget-conscious traveller in mind.

Multi-Trip Plan – 12 month multi-trip policy, designed for the frequent traveller. You must choose either a 15, 30 or 45 day maximum journey period that will be sufficient to cover your longest journey, designed for the frequent traveller.

  • Call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on 1800 825 200 within 30 days of completing or cancelling your journey to make a claim.

Depending on what’s happened, the following documents will be required:

If you’ve lost or had your luggage stolen

  • A copy of the report you lodged with the police or carrier from where the loss or theft was reported
  • Evidence of ownership such as original receipts, photographs (except for jewellery or watches) or operating manuals.

If you’re involved in an accident

  • Medical, dental, police reports or declarations
  • If applicable, evidence of ownership such as original receipts or valuations.

For cancellation or rescheduling expenses

  • Original receipts, tickets, or 
  • a letter from the travel agent showing any charges to re-arrange or cancel your journey, or 
  • a doctor’s certificate or letter from the carrier.
