Need help with your banking? Our virtual assistant Sam is available 24/7 in your BankSA App and Internet Banking to answer your everyday banking questions. Sam can give you instant support online, so you don’t need to call us or visit a branch. To speak directly to a person, use Contact us via Mobile Banking in the BankSA App for a fast way to get support.

National Relay Service
BankSA welcomes calls through the National Relay Service. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech/communication difficulty, choose your access option detailed on the National Relay Service and provide our phone number 02 9155 7861 when asked by the Relay Officer.
Interpreter Services
Prefer a language other than English? We can help. Through Telephone Banking, our team can help arrange an interpreter in your preferred language when you call us on 13 13 76.
If you rely on Auslan for an in-depth financial conversation, our team can arrange an interpreter to attend your preferred branch or virtually at the arranged date and time, subject to availability of an interpreter and at no cost to you.
We also welcome your preferred NAATI certified in-person Auslan interpreter and the Convo Now video remote interpreting (VRI) service in branch. Where your own NAATI certified interpreter or Convo Now is chosen, this can be supported once requirements and safety checks are met. Any costs associated with these arrangements would remain with the customer.
