COVID-19 Customer Support Package

Support for our customers and businesses

BankSA is continuing to support Customers and Businesses affected by COVID-19

  • Customers who have lost their job or suffered loss of income as a result of COVID-19 can apply to defer their home loan repayments
  • Eligible small business customers who are still in need of support, by extending their business loan repayment deferral by up to 4 months. Extension of the deferral period is subject to eligibility criteria and further credit assessment.

If you are currently on an existing deferral package, we will be in touch with you before the end of it, to let you know the options that may be available if you require additional support.
