Explore some features that can make banking easier and more efficient.
1. Did you know you can strengthen your online fraud protection at no cost?

Your security is a key priority and IBM® Security Trusteer RapportTM adds an additional layer of protection to your existing anti-virus software, at no cost to you.

It's designed to protect you against:

  • Malware – financial malicious software targets your personal identity and account credentials. When infected with Malware, criminals attempt to bypass banking security measures often resulting in identity and financial loss.
  • Phishing – fraudulent emails or websites, which often pose as an organisation you know and trust, thus attempting to get your personal information.

2. Take control of your payment limits.

Business Banking Online gives you the flexibility to adjust your payment limits as your business requires on your desktop, mobile and tablet. 

Just follow the below steps to get started:

  • Sign into Business Banking Online
  • Select Admin, then Company admin (you will need your token to access Company admin)
  • On the Company details page you can update your limit under Transaction limit.*

* This is the daily limit for your company, which includes funds transfers and payments. Please remember to check the authorisation limits for Users that approve payments (in case authorisation limits are not large enough for approving payments). 

3. Stay on top of your finances with bank feeds.

Stay up to date by connecting your bank feeds to your accounting software. You can authorise BankSA to connect your transaction details to a Third Party Service Provider1. Get in touch with your accounting software provider to set this up.

4. Do all your Users have the right permissions?

If you’re the Administrator, you can review each of your User's permissions (e.g. access levels, features available). To change the access role for a User:

  1. Select Admin and then select Company admin
  2. Select Users
  3. Select the user whose access Role you want to update
  4. Select a Role for the user and then click Save changes.

1. Bank feed must be set up with Third Party Service Provider before it can be connected in Business Banking Online. Should there be any changes in your user access or network access levels, you may need to disconnect your bank feed(s) as any access changes will not impact bank feeds.
