The Data Protection Act 2018 (UK) (‘DPA 2018’) and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (‘UK GDPR’) regulate the processing of personal information under UK law. Comprehensive credit reporting (CCR) in Australia now means your credit report contains more information, such as account open and close dates, types of credit, credit limits and up to 24 months of repayment history information.
