Corporate solution

The Corporate Solution is a fast, efficient and highly secure two-way communication mechanism between the Bank and your organisation. There are two components of the Corporate Solution:

  • Balance & Transaction Reporting (BTR) - The BTR component is highly suitable for larger style organisations that either maintain a large number of accounts or have a high volume of account transactions. A balance and transaction data file is sent directly from the Bank to your organisation before the start of business each working day, enabling you to get on with business as soon as possible.
  • BankSA e-bank FTP - This solution is appropriate for organisations that either submit large direct credit or direct debit files for payroll, creditors, dividend distributions, or collection of monies.

The Corporate Solution employs the philosophy of straight through processing. This results in processes that are simple, fast and efficient - all with the purpose of improving the operational and administrative efficiencies within your organisation. Straight through processing does not compromise security with strong encryption methodologies utilised for all communications.

Whilst the Corporate Solution does not employ the sophisticated PC based interfaces available in e-bank or Business Banking Online, there is nothing to preclude your organisation also utilising these tools to assist with day-to-day banking requirements.
