Just download the latest Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play. Then login to the Mobile Banking app using your Internet Banking credentials and you will see the 'Cash' icon at the bottom of the screen. Cardless Cash can also be accessed via the 'Services' menu.

To use Cardless Cash, you will first need to complete the easy one time set-up - Simply tap 'Get started' to accept the Cardless Cash Terms and Conditions and complete the Secure Code SMS authentication.
From the screen that displays the cash code, you have an option to send cash to friends and family or pay someone by tapping 'Share via SMS' and sending an SMS that includes the cash code and amount to that person.
Under the Cardless Cash T&Cs you are responsible for sharing a Cardless Cash code. The Bank is not liable for you incorrectly sharing the code with an unintended recipient. An active Cardless Cash code can be cancelled by you in the Mobile Banking app or via calling our Customer Service.
Any suspected fraud related incidents should be escalated to 'Risk & Fraud Operations' following your business as usual process. Where fraud is broader than Cardless Cash, 'Risk & Fraud Operations' will refer this to 'Group Investigations / Group Protective Services'.
