You can either go to your nearest BankSA branch with Proof of Death and the Will (if applicable) or you can contact BankSA Estate Management. It's important to know that notification of a death cannot be taken over the phone. You will need to fax, email or post a copy of Proof of Death.
Yes, we can authorise payment of valid estate expenses if all of the Executor/s or Next of Kin (where no Will exists) make a request. You must supply BankSA with an invoice. These payments can be made at any branch and the Bank Cheque fee is waived for this service.
