  1. Open the BankSA Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap on Services from the bottom menu
  3. Tap Going overseas?

Desktop

  1. Sign into BankSA Internet Banking
  2. Go to Security, SMS & email alerts 
  3. Select Inform the bank of overseas travel

If you need help you can call us directly from the BankSA App. Simply open the App and tap Contact us. Find out more
Report a card lost or stolen
If you lose your card you can instantly report it lost through the app and organise an overseas emergency card.

Global ATM Alliance: No ATM withdrawal fee at Westpac Group, select Westpac Group partner, Global ATM Alliance and partner ATMs. Other fees and charges may be payable. A 3% Foreign Currency Conversion fee applies to overseas debit or credit card withdrawals. A 3% cash advance fee applies to credit card withdrawals for each cash advance transaction, some Global Alliance ATMs require you to select the "credit" option.
