- Global ATM Alliance: No ATM withdrawal fee at Westpac Group, select Westpac Group partner, Global ATM Alliance and partner ATMs. Other fees and charges may be payable. A 3% Foreign Currency Conversion fee applies to overseas debit or credit card withdrawals. A 3% cash advance fee applies to credit card withdrawals for each cash advance transaction, some Global Alliance ATMs require you to select the "credit" option.
