Important Update for BankSA Car Insurance Claims

Our thoughts are with customers impacted by the recent weather events across QLD & NSW, including the more than 11,500 Westpac Group customers who have lodged a claim.

Due to the unprecedented scale of the events, Allianz (the insurer for BankSA home and car insurance) is managing a significant number of claims. As a result, processing times have been longer than usual. We apologise for these delays.

If you have lodged a claim, please be assured that Allianz is working hard to deal with it as quickly as they can and they will contact you if further information is required.
